2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We kindly request a 2-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Service fees are non-refundable once completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please let us know during your visit so we can address your concern.

  • Products purchased in-salon may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and unused.

5. Liability & Health Disclosure

  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before receiving services.

  • Aguanga Barber and Beauty Salon is not liable for any reactions or results due to undisclosed conditions.

  • Results may vary depending on individual hair, skin, or nail conditions.

6. Code of Conduct
We strive to provide a welcoming and respectful environment. Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

7. Website & Online Use

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by Aguanga Barber and Beauty Salon and may not be copied without permission.

  • Misuse of our online booking system, including fraudulent bookings, is prohibited.
